YMCA Dance Camp registration is now open

The Henry County YMCA is partnering with the Muncie Ballet Studio to provide a Summer Dance Camp Program.

“The YMCA strives to provide programs that will nurture the potential of every child in our community,” states Cheryl York, Director of Member Relations of the Henry County YMCA.

Summer Dance Camp Classes are scheduled to begin on Wednesday, June 5. Classes will be held every Wednesday in June and will be divided by age and class focus.  Classes will be in the Multi-Purpose Room at the YMCA. All classes will be with Lisa Love, an instructor from the Muncie Ballet Studio. The cost is $50 for YMCA Members or $65 for non-members. All participants will provide their own shorts/shirts or dance leotards. Tap/ballet shoes are required.

• Ballet – 3-4 year olds – 5:00 – 5:30 pm every Wednesday in June
• Ballet & Tap (optional) – 5-6 year-olds – 5:30 – 6:15 pm every Wednesday in June
• Ballet & Tap (optional) – 6 years and up – 6:15 – 7 pm every Wednesday in June
