It is the intent of the Henry County YMCA to have a diverse membership representing the general membership of the community - people of all ages, races, genders, religions, incomes, and abilities are welcomed at the Henry County YMCA.
It is also the intent of the Henry County YMCA that no individual be denied participation at the YMCA due to financial limitations. The YMCA program provides confidential scholarships to individuals and families based on need.

Membership Dues
All memberships are valid one full year from the date of purchase. Annual dues can be paid by cash, check, Visa, Master Card, or bank draft. A membership paid by bank draft, debit card, or credit card is considered continuous and will not receive a renewal notice.
Joiner Fees are a one time fee paid upon becoming a YMCA member. If a membership lapses for more than 30 days, the joiner fee will be assessed when the membership is renewed.
Cancellations
Membership dues are not refundable. Special requests and circumstances may be presented to the Membership Committee in writing for review. Bank draft memberships renew automatically until cancelled in person at the YMCA Information Desk. Phone, fax, email, and mail cancellations will not be processed. Bank draft cancellations made after the 5th of the month will not be processed until the following month.
Photographs
Participants and members of the Henry County YMCA give permission for use of their name, photograph, or other likeness of themselves, their verbal or written statements, or other aspects of their personalities, in whole or in part for advertising or similar purposes. They will give consent voluntarily and without expectation of any remuneration or reward.
