This low-choreography and high-intensity class offers a challenge for all youth!
Accountability, nutrition, sprints, speed & agility work, weight training, jump roping, plyometrics and much more come together to create a powerhouse of a workout for kids. Minimum of six participants, maximum of 10-sign up early!!
