YMCA Bushi Kai karate is a great way to reduce stress and increase your fitness level while learning to defend yourself.
The YMCA program offers an opportunity to learn self-defense and self-confidence in a family-oriented environment. Parents and children, brothers and sisters can take classes together. Our classes are designed for any age, male or female.
There are no long term commitments or contracts, just a fun learning environment. In karate, no one sits the bench!
