Flexibility Training Class
Flexibility training is an important component of fitness and a critical factor in achieving peak physical potential. It is important for everyone to include flexibility training in their fitness program. This class will provide instruction on proper static stretching techniques and help you develop and incorporate a quality stretching routine into your current fitness program.
