Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that all you to dance away your worries! It is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps that tone and sculpt the body. It is a “feel happy” workout!
Endurance Toning
Tone and sculpt all major muscle groups. A class for all abilities and levels - you set your own pace. No cardio
involved.
Basic Training
This fun and challenging class offers lots of variety with no tricky steps to follow. The group atmosphere and music make the intense 1 hour and 15 minute workout fly by while you perform military-style drills utilizing various types of equipment. Both men and women are encouraged to participate! You will receive great cardiovascular benefits and feel a satisfying burn in every major muscle group!
Cycling
Experience the ride of your life! You will encounter slow climbs, short sprints and recovery spins for a time efficient, high calorie burning cardio workout. Class is designed for all fitness levels because you control your own pace while benefiting from a group atmosphere, motivating music and professional coaching.
Beginner Cycling
A lower intensity cycling class.
Pilates
Exercises for all levels of ability designed to improve muscle strength and flexibility, balance, posture, and overall well-being.
Power Hour Step
A step class for the advanced stepper; combinations are challenging, intense and fun!
Step & Sculpt
This class combines two great workouts into one easy to follow routine: step routine conditions the cardiovascular system while the body toning segment sculpts your muscles using light hand-held weights.
TNT (Tighten & Tone)
This class works specifically on muscular strength and endurance, toning and shaping your entire body. By utilizing body bars and hand-held weights, you will increase your metabolism, improve lean muscle mass and decrease body fat.
Yo-lates
A mind-body class combining Yoga and Pilates exercises to develop a toned and lean body while improving posture and increasing vitality. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced exercisers and offers many levels of modification.
Yoga
Center the self, stretch and strengthen the body, and calm the mind. This class is suitable for beginners and advanced exercisers and offers many levels of modification.
Group Exercise Pass
This 7-week pass allows you to participate in all land and water Group Exercise classes for $50.
