This shallow water class combines cardio respiratory conditioning and toning for a great way to start your day!
AOA Aquatic Fitness
Active Older Adults can enjoy this shallow water class for a low impact way to exercise. Cardio respiratory and toning exercises in a fun & social environment.
*Deep Water Challenge
Challenge yourself with this deep water work out. This intense workout combines cardio respiratory conditioning and toning, without impact of the surface.
*Cardio Splash
Water class that focuses on cardio respiratory conditioning and muscular endurance.
Making Waves
Make some waves of your own in this shallow water class that focuses on cardio respiratory health and muscular fitness.
*Wet Your Weekend/Saturday Splash
Instructor’s choice! A variety of class types will give you a complete workout.
