Have you always wanted to try a spinning or step class, water fitness or maybe even bootcamp but wasn't sure you could or would want to stay the whole hour? Then this will be the perfect night for you.
We will be offering 20-30 minute segments of most or all of our land and water fitness classes for you to try.
Dave Pryor will be offering a fitness seminar, we will have nutrition tips and ideas, free refreshments, socializing, dancing, games, door prizes, and lots of FUN!
