Boot Camp
This low-choreography and high-intensity class offers a challenge for all! Accountability, nutrition, sprints, speed & agility work, weight training, jump roping, plyometrics and much more come together to create a powerhouse of a workout.
Although all exercise levels are welcome to this class, it is designed for those seeking an intense boost to their workout routine. Minimum of six participants, class fills quickly—sign up early!
